Summary

Although the treatment of chronic coronary syndrome should be managed according to principles defined by professional guidelines, it is worth considering the importance of certain antianginal treatments. The use of hemodynamic and metabolic antianginal drug treatment in combination as early as possible can help to reduce the anginal complaints of our patients and to improve their quality of life and adherence to therapy. This summary aims to draw attention to these facts.
