Summary
The Hungarian Myocardial Infarction Registry (HUMIR) is the first and, until now, the only cardiology registry that reports on its work on an annual basis. In 2022, compared to previous years, the number of reimbursed treatments with the main diagnosis of myocardial infarction (MI) and the number of registered events decreased. The quality parameters of MI (the time between the onset of the complaint and the opening of the vessel, the rate of primary transport, the frequency of catheter therapy, complications of the catheter intervention, the medication recommended at the time of discharge, and the 30-day mortality rate of patients) did not change.
