4. Manuscript Submission
The completed manuscript can only be submitted electronically after registration on neweditor.olo.hu We hope you find this electronic manuscript management system user-friendly. Please find some useful information below to make it easier to use:
New authors: Click on the Register button and enter the required information. After successful registration, you will receive an e-mail notification on how to activate your account.
Other authors: Use your existing login details to log in as an author and then manually upload your manuscript step by step.
On uploading your manuscript, the system automatically performs a PDF conversion. After reviewing the PDF version, you need to confirm your intention to submit the manuscript.
Reviewers: After registration or using an existing access code, enter as a reviewer. Then the manuscript waiting for review can be accessed and the opinion of the reviewer can be uploaded.
Forgotten login details: Click on the login button and then on the forgotten access code and follow the instructions.
All submissions should be accompanied by a cover letter. In the cover letter the authors should declare the following:
- Transfer of copyright
- Compliance with international ethical standards
- Declaration on republication
- Financial relationship
- Patient’s consent statement if necessary
- Permission of Ethics Committee if necessary
- Permission from the publishing house, in the case of republication and figures, if necessary.
